As a company that has worked with yours for over  five years,we were very disappointed to see the computer that you send.

we found a computer error, such as the keyboard does not work normal. mouse not functioning properly, defective function and physical disabled and many are not function normally. we request for the damaged goods to be recalled and replaced with new items. two weeks after receipt of this letter dated 20 October 2011, for your attention thank you

But However I believe this issue can be resolved well.

Thank you for critics and advice, we PT UCUTAN say sorry please profusely for property damage which we send by the 10th of October 2011. there was a technical errors of the sender and the checkers, the goods delivered of the date the lot damaged by the ship load of goods from the warehouse in an accident, therefore we will replace all damaged goods with new ones. We'll sending a week after the letter was sent. for attention thank you
